Do you need access to my water or power?

No — we arrive fully self-contained with our own water tank, generator, lighting, and shelter. All we need is enough space to park next to your vehicle: a driveway, a curb, an office lot, or a jobsite all work.

How far do you travel?

We're based in Sacramento and serve the surrounding region — Roseville, Rocklin, Folsom, Elk Grove, Citrus Heights, Carmichael, Rancho Cordova, Granite Bay, El Dorado Hills, and beyond. Outside that radius, a small travel fee may apply; just ask.

How long does a detail take?

A maintenance wash runs about an hour. A full detail is typically 3–5 hours. Correction and ceramic coating work can take a full day or two depending on the vehicle's condition — we'll give you a time window with your quote.

What happens if it rains?

Light weather doesn't stop interior work, and we carry pop-up shelter for most conditions. If weather genuinely compromises the result, we'll reschedule you to the next available slot at no charge — we'd rather redo the calendar than the work.

Do I need to be there during the service?

Only for the first few minutes, ideally — we like to walk the vehicle with you and confirm the scope. After that, most clients go back to work or back inside. We'll text you when we're wrapping up.

How should I prepare my car?

Just remove personal items and anything valuable from the cabin. That's it. Don't wash it first — seeing the vehicle's true condition helps us do our best work.

How do you price a job?

By size and condition, in person. A lifted truck full of dog hair is a different job than a garaged coupe, so we assess the vehicle and give you a custom quote rather than working from a fixed menu. Quotes are free, confirmed before we start, and they don't change mid-job.

What payment do you accept?

Card, cash, Zelle, and Venmo — payment is due when the work is done and you've walked the vehicle with us.

Is ceramic coating worth it over wax?

If you keep the vehicle more than a year, almost always. Wax lasts 6–8 weeks; the coatings we install are rated for years, protect against UV and chemical etching, and make every wash faster. We wrote a full comparison on the blog.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. If something isn't right, tell us before we leave — or call us after — and we'll make it right. Repeat clients are the entire business model.
