What we collect

When you contact us for a quote or book a service, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, service address, vehicle details, and any photos or notes you send us about the vehicle's condition.

This website itself does not require an account and does not ask for payment information online. Payments are handled in person at the time of service.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: providing the service you asked about. That means preparing your quote, scheduling and confirming appointments, sending you arrival and completion updates, and following up on work we've performed.

We send marketing — seasonal offers and maintenance reminders — only to people who have opted in to receive it, and you can stop those at any time. The two sections below explain exactly how that works for text messages and for email.

Text messages (SMS)

When you submit a form on this site, you are asking us to contact you about that request. We may call, text, or email you about your quote and your appointment — those are service messages, and you receive them because you contacted us.

Marketing texts are different and are strictly opt-in. We send promotional or marketing text messages only if you checked the marketing consent box on our form or otherwise gave us express written permission. Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of buying anything from us, and declining it does not affect your quote or your service in any way.

Message frequency varies — typically no more than 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop. You can also ask us to stop by any other reasonable means — call us, email us, or tell us at an appointment. Reply HELP to any message, or call or email us, for help.

No mobile information — including your phone number and your consent to receive text messages — is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the service providers that help us send messages and run our business (for example, our messaging platform and our scheduling tools), and those providers may use the information only to provide that service to us. Text message opt-in data is never shared with anyone for marketing.

Email

We email you a confirmation when you submit a request, and we email you about your quote, appointment, and completed work. Those are service emails tied to your request.

Marketing emails — offers, tips, seasonal reminders — go only to people who opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. You can also just reply and ask us to stop, or call us.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not share your contact details with third parties except the minimal services needed to operate (for example, our scheduling or invoicing tools), and those providers may only use your data to provide their service to us. We never share mobile numbers or text message opt-in data with anyone for marketing purposes.

Photos of our work

We sometimes photograph vehicles we've detailed for our gallery and social media. We never include license plates, faces, addresses, or anything identifying without asking you first — and if you'd rather your vehicle stay off camera entirely, just say so at the appointment.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful, and Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymous session replays and heatmaps of clicks and scrolling so we can see where the site is confusing. Clarity masks text you type into forms by default, so your name, phone number, and message are not captured in a replay. We don't run advertising trackers, and we don't use any of this to build marketing profiles of visitors.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us or call and we'll take care of it promptly — we honor opt-out requests made in any reasonable way, not just by replying STOP.
