Seal & restore
RVroof repair.

Seals and seams are where RVs actually die. Sealant degrades under UV, opens at the seams and around every roof-mounted fixture, and water finds its way into the walls. By the time it shows inside as a stain, delamination is usually already underway, and that repair costs orders of magnitude more than maintaining the roof would have. We inspect the entire roof, remove failed sealant rather than smearing new product over it, and reseal properly. Membrane type matters here, and we identify whether you have EPDM or TPO before choosing any chemistry.

How it works
Inspect
We walk the entire roof and document condition — seams, fixtures, vents, skylights, and every sealant bead — with photos.
Clean and strip
The roof is cleaned with membrane-appropriate chemistry, and failed sealant is removed rather than covered over.
Reseal and coat
Seams and fixture perimeters are resealed, and a roof coating goes on if the membrane calls for it.
Common questions
Asked & answered.
Cracked or lifting sealant, chalky residue running down the sidewalls, soft spots underfoot, or any staining on an interior ceiling. If you are unsure, the inspection is the place to start.
