Treat at the source
Mechanical removal, targeted chemistry, or enzymatic treatment depending on the problem. Odors get treated at the source rather than masked.
Refinish and protect
Paint work is compounded and refined back to gloss, and treated surfaces get appropriate protection before we leave.

Usually yes. Overspray sits on top of the clear coat and can generally be removed mechanically and chemically, then polished back. We assess severity first because heavy industrial overspray sometimes needs a body shop.
